How does it work?

Initial introduction

In the initial meeting, you will tell us how you are doing nutritionally during the day, what foods you don't like and what you are sensitive to. In addition, we will examine how many times a week you would like to exercise and your current level of exercise.

Nutrition menu and training program

During the meeting, we will build a nutritional menu for you that is tailored to your lifestyle and will contain at least 20-30 alternatives for each meal, so that the menu will not be boring and banal. You will determine the total number of meals and the time between each meal per day, as well as the number of workouts per week.

Data diagnostics

We will take measurements such as circumferences, fat percentage, weight and examine additional parameters such as age, height, hours of sleep, stress levels and estimated daily energy expenditure.

Tracking and Measurements

We will be available for questions on a daily basis and each week we will receive weighings and measurements from you that you will perform independently at home according to the instructions we will provide you. Each week, as needed, we will make changes to your menu and training program in order to streamline the process. Once a month we will perform measurements of fat percentage and circumferences again at the monthly meeting

We will teach you how to build a menu for yourself.

The follow-up meeting takes place once a month and we teach you a variety of tools that will help you manage your diet on your own at the end of the process. These tools require trial and error over the course of several weeks to understand which tool suits you best and which one doesn't. Our motto: "Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day; teach him to fish and he'll eat for a lifetime."
